Bee House makes durable and functional teapots and tableware in a wide range of colors and glazes. All Bee House ceramic products are made in Japan by Zero (Zero Japan), Japan's leading manufacturer of teapots and tableware. Beehouse products are lead free, microwaveable and dishwasher safe. Each Beehouse teapot comes with a removable stainless steel infuser and lid so you can use regular teabags or insert the stainless steel infuser to brew loose tea. The Bee House Teapot has become an industry standard in the United States for tea serving in tea house settings, as well as for those individuals who wish to easily brew tea at home or at work without hassle. This is by far the most functional teapot for busy modern living.

A little about Zero Japan

Zero Japan Teapots absolutely do not drip. Probably because they're one of the few teapots with a hand-finished lip. They also look beautiful, are easy to clean, and even easier to use than teabags. As well as making a better brew. Inside the pot's lid is a stainless steel infuser. In go the real tea leaves, and when brewing time is up, you just pour. After the first cup, the leaves are clear of the water, thus avoiding that stewed taste you often get when topping up black teas like English Breakfast or Earl Grey.

Zero Japan's distinctive stainless steel lid has an interesting origin: the company noticed that the beautiful family teapots handed down in Japanese families were perfect except for cracked lids. A design solution was at hand! The lid and infuser both remove for easy cleaning. Fine in dishwashers.
