Enzymes
Protease - will break down protein into simple amino acids so the liver
can use them to repair and regenerate the body. It’s active in a pH
range of 4-10 so it will aid in the “predigestion” of proteins in the upper
portion of the stomach. Helps prevent uric acid build up in the body
(gout, kidney stones, arthritis). Also helps muscle re-cooperation
through the faster delivery of the building blocks needed for repair.
Amylase- breaks the bonds of complex carbohydrates (polysaccharides
or multiple sugars) into disaccharides (two sugars) in a pH of 4-10.
They will help with sugar and sweet cravings as well as low blood sugar levels.
Lipase- breaks down fat molecules into three simple fatty acids. They
are recommended for high cholesterol, obesity, heart disease, nerve
problems and hormonal imbalances.
Cellulase- used to break cellulose or fiber into glucose (a simple sugar).
Also breaks down the cell wall of Candida yeast.
Lactase- digests and breaks the bonds that will convert lactose (disaccharide) into galactose and glucose (both simple sugars). Helps those will lactose intolerance.
Invertase- changes sucrose (disaccharide) into fructose and glucose (monosaccharides or simple sugars).
Malt Diastase- digests maltose (disaccharide) into two simple glucose sugars or monosaccharides.

Probiotics
L. rhamnosus- this strain of bacteria are very powerful immune stimulators
and will boost the immune system’s effectiveness by up to 300% in killing
off foreign invaders. They also inhibit uropathogenic bacteria and
therefore help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections.
L. acidophilus- the predominant bacteria that is found in the small
intestine. They produce B-complex vitamins as well as enzymes that assist in digesting different food like milk sugars (lactose). They also produce natural acids and antibiotics (lactic acid, acidolin, acidophilin, lactocidin, bacteriocin), This strain will help reduce yeast infections and prevent bad breath.
L. plantarum- works mostly in the small intestine and helps eliminate dozens
of harmful pathogens such as E. coli. It serves best to deliver and release
high levels of lactase enzyme throughout the stomach and small intestine.
B. bifidum- the most prolific bacteria found in the large intestine. They will
consume old fecal matter, product important B-vitamins, lower the pH in
the colon, protect and support the liver and stop the formation of caner-‘
causing agents.
B. longum- a friendly strain that inhabits the large intestine where it is found in high concentrations. They produce acids that retard colonization
of putrefactive bacteria such as E. coli, Clostridia, Salmonella and
S. faecalis. Used in the treatment of digestive disorders in infants, enterocolitis, constipation, cirrohsis of the liver.
L. casei- another friendly bacteria that is stable in acid and bile. It produces an antimicrobial substance that inhibits several pathogens
including C. difficile diarrhea.
