3/4 cup (180 ml) Skim milk, or Fruit juice
1/2 Banana or Other fruit
4 Tbsp (60 ml) Yogurt
1 tsp (5 ml) Apple juice concentrate or Maple syrup
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Auriferum Organic Cold-Milled Flax Seed
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Perfect Mother Nature- Digestive Health Powder
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Cinnamon (optional)
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Nutmeg (optional)
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Ginger (optional)
Directions:
Put ingredients in blender; blend for 15 seconds.
