Easy To Use
Very Easy to use in any form --- for the stone... just moisten and apply to your body as you would any other type of roll on product. If you want to save the effort in moistening the stone... (always looking to save an extra keystroke, etc.) ... simply take a shower first, and then take the dry stone, and roll it on .. no need to moisten first.
For the Spray, Pump 2 to 6 sprays under each arm and voila! Your good to go!
